These terms apply to all tickets and reservations for Queen’s Night UK and Ireland 2027, sold by Integra Aesthetics Group Limited (company number 17086084, registered office Little Gables, High Street, Godshill, Ventnor, England, PO38 3HH, VAT registration number 517 7091 83).
1. What you are buying
2-Day QN PMU Event: admission to both days of Queen’s Night UK and Ireland 2027, covering the Business and Growth Stage on Day 1, the QN PMU Master Stage and Live Demonstration Zone on Day 2, and the QN Marketplace across both days. Early Bird price £495, standard price £595 after Monday 2 November 2026, 23:59 UK time.
Full QN PMU Experience: everything included in the 2-Day QN PMU Event, plus admission to the Queen’s Night Gala and Awards evening including welcome drinks, dinner and awards. Early Bird price £595, standard price £695 after Monday 2 November 2026, 23:59 UK time.
Additional Gala Guest Ticket: admission to the Gala and Awards evening only, £150. A Gala guest does not require a daytime ticket.
2. Payment terms
The full ticket price is payable at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds and transfers on full tickets
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. To transfer a ticket to another person, please email us at info@queensnight.co.uk at least 14 days before the event with the new attendee’s name and email. There is no charge for a transfer.
Transfers close on 17 September 2027.
5. VAT
All ticket prices include VAT. A VAT invoice is issued automatically with your order confirmation. Our VAT registration number is 517 7091 83.
6. The event
Queen’s Night UK and Ireland 2027 takes place at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry, Coventry, on 1 and 2 October 2027. Start and finish times are confirmed nearer the event. Both days are full days.
We reserve the right to change the programme, speakers, demonstrators or venue if circumstances require. Where the change is material, we will notify ticket holders by email at the address given at the time of booking.
7. If the event is cancelled
If Queen’s Night UK and Ireland 2027 is cancelled by Integra Aesthetics Group Limited, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund of the ticket price paid or a transfer to the equivalent ticket at the next Queen’s Night event.
In circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent the event from proceeding, we will offer ticket holders one of the following: a transfer to the next Queen’s Night event at no charge, or a refund of the ticket price paid less our reasonable non-recoverable costs. Any such refund will not be less than 50% of the ticket price paid.
We are not responsible for costs incurred by ticket holders in connection with attendance, including travel, accommodation, subsistence or lost earnings.
8. Conduct at the event
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or interferes with the running of the event or the enjoyment of other attendees, without refund.
9. Photography and recording
Queen’s Night UK and Ireland 2027 is photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that images and footage in which you appear may be used by Integra Aesthetics Group Limited for future marketing of Queen’s Night. If you do not wish to appear, please tell a member of the QN team on arrival and we will note it.
10. Data
Personal data collected in connection with your ticket or reservation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Tickets issued before the transfer of the business
Any tickets, reservations or bookings for Queen’s Night UK and Ireland 2027 issued by PMU Circle Online Ltd prior to the transfer of the Queen’s Night business to Integra Aesthetics Group Limited are honoured by Integra Aesthetics Group Limited on the same terms as if issued by Integra directly.
