CAROLINE BRISTON
Hairstroke Judge
Hey I am Caroline - Caz if we are friends, and if you love hairstrokes, we are definitely friends! I am a full on hairstroke lover and as the saying goes I will die on this hill along with everyone else who is equally as passionate, I’m sure! I joined the industry almost a decade ago and taught myself the majority of what I know today with a little help along the way. It has been years of practice, passion and artistic instinct guiding me. Something I’ve always right from sketching as a child to design at A Levels! Winning the UK Hairstroke Expert Artist award last year was a huge moment for me. It represents years of working quietly behind the scenes while raising three children and doing all the things life throws at you. This year I’m back as a JUDGE and I couldn’t be more honoured to do this role. I know how big this is because I have been exactly where you are, so if you’re reading this wondering if you have got what it takes, I say go for it! Try and see what happens!

EMMA HAZELDENE
Eyeliner Judge
Hi, I’m Emma Hazeldene — a Permanent Makeup Artist with nearly 9 years of experience in the PMU industry, specialising in brows, lips and eyeliner tattooing. I’m also proud to now train both new and existing PMU artists who want to build confidence, master their craft, and create a successful business within the beauty industry. Before entering the world of PMU, I spent almost 10 years working for one of the UK’s leading digital marketing agencies. Whilst I loved the career I had built, becoming a mum completely changed my priorities. I wanted a career that allowed me more flexibility around family life, school runs and being present for my children — whilst still giving me the opportunity to build something successful for myself. Starting a PMU business wasn’t easy. Like many artists, I worked tirelessly behind the scenes, dedicating years to perfecting my craft, building a loyal client base, and learning everything there is to know about skin, pigments, colour theory and healing. PMU isn’t something that happens overnight — it takes passion, commitment, consistency and a genuine love for the industry. Today, I run a busy PMU business from my private home studio in Stoke-on-Trent, attracting clients and students from across the UK thanks to my reputation for natural healed results, honest advice and high standards. I truly believe PMU can completely change your life when you’re willing to put the work in — and I’m passionate about helping others achieve that too
