Glencora Reeve-Duell is the founder and artist behind Perfect Strokes, specialising in advanced permanent makeup with a strong focus on natural, hyper-realistic results. Known for her precision and artistry, Glencora has built a reputation for creating beautifully tailored brows using machine hair stroke techniques that mimic real hair with exceptional detail and softness. Glencora entered the PMU industry as a complete novice, with a professional background in the NHS as a diagnostic radiographer. Driven by a desire for a career change that still allowed her to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, she found her calling in permanent makeup—where confidence and transformation go hand in hand.

She’s known for her eye for detail, soft and vibrant results, and a real passion for helping others grow in their careers. As an award-winning trainer, Lottie takes pride in delivering high-quality, supportive training that builds confident, skilled artists. She’s all about raising standards and creating a new wave of talent in the PMU world.

Jo Bregazzi, founder and lead trainer at The SKARBLEND® Academy, where I specialise in training, mentoring and empowering new practitioners with new skills that I have researched, trialled, tested and developed over the last 15 years. I’m an experienced registered nurse, qualified and licensed medical tattooist, permanent makeup practitioner, artist and designer. I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct, ensuring patient safety. I’ve specialised in medical tattooing, particularly in scar reduction treatments and scar camouflage for 15 years.
