Glencora entered the PMU industry as a complete novice, with a professional background in the NHS as a diagnostic radiographer. Jo Bregazzi, founder and lead trainer at The SKARBLEND® Academy, where I specialise in training, mentoring and empowering new practitioners with new skills that I have researched, trialled, tested and developed over the last 15 years. I’m an experienced registered nurse, qualified and licensed medical tattooist, permanent makeup practitioner, artist and designer. I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct, ensuring patient safety. I’ve specialised in medical tattooing, particularly in scar reduction treatments and scar camouflage for 15 years.

Indie Davies is a renowned Permanent Makeup Artist and Educator specialising in her Soft Ombré Lip Blush techniques. Known for her signature soft, healed results and advanced understanding of colour theory, pigments and lip tattooing techniques, Indie has built a reputation for creating lip enhancements that prioritise both beauty and long-term results. Indie’s online Ombre Lips Masterclass has gained 100’s of students from around the world such launching in December 2025, and combined with a masterclass schedule also attracting international students and an upcoming collaboration with Tina Davies’ ‘The Collective’, Indie’s profile has raised significantly to international industry face and educator. Passionate about raising standards around on-trend styles within the PMU industry, Indie is recognised for her detailed teaching style, technical knowledge and ability to simplify complex topics such as colour theory, pigment selection and implantation techniques. My passion for art began in childhood, eventually leading me into the beauty industry, where I started my career in permanent makeup in 2012 at the age of 22. Over the years, I built a strong reputation, and developed a deep undrstanding of precision work and advanced techniques. After pushing myself a skill in fine line tattoos. With my background in permanent makeup and art, I was able to transition naturally into fine line and body tattooing. Primarily black and grey, but also colour work. Today i specialise in creating delicate, intricate designs using small needle groupings, combining technical skill to create the best outcome for fine line tattoos. Now I can create smaller tattoos to full leg sleeves in under 2 years.
